Last week we asked our global investor base what they think of the outlook for real estate investment, here's what they said: 59% of respondents said they expect to see a mixed market this year, acknowledging some pockets will perform better than others. This is being backed up by anecdotal evidence which shows that the sub $1m investment market in large metro cities is still performing well, despite recent rate rises.
