Which markets will grow fastest over the next 12 months?

This week we analyse which markets will grow fastest over the next 12 months in Australia and which factors you need to consider to choose your next investment.

One of the critical points to consider are interest rates. Once we see a rise in the interest rates, we will see a shift in people's demand, going from houses and larger pieces of real estate to something more affordable, which is a property that is smaller or further away.

Last but not least, affordability and immigration. With migration starting to pour back into Australia, there are already signs of rising demand for affordable accommodation. We think that the flight to affordability will take over the flight to space as many home buyers and property investors seek more affordable units and townhouses rather than overly expensive houses.

Watch the video on this article to know which markets you need to be paying attention to in 2022. If you would like to discuss the Australian property market in more detail, please reach out to the team to organise a time to discuss how Wealthi can help you build a successful property portfolio.
