Strategy to build a wealthy life

This week, Wealthi's Co-founder, Domenic Nesci speaks with Kej Kulane, Senior Investment Specialist at Wealthi, to learn more about his investment journey and experience in real estate.

He started his journey 10 years ago when he walked through a property seminar which opened up his eyes to new ways of thinking:

"The dream that is sold to us is to go to school, university, buy a house, pay off when you are 65-70 and then retire and have a good life. This thought scared the life out of me. So I started looking for ways to break out of this cycle and uncovered how property could be one of them."

A decade later, he has managed to build a strong portfolio that pays him an income and generates a significant amount of equity. Which for him, would not have been possible to generate through any other means.

"Although when I was younger, I would say that dream was to retire early, the real power has come from the fact that I can now choose what I want to do instead of being stuck in positions where I am not satisfied."

Kej has spent several years in personal development and discovered that his mission is to help people build their financial freedom.

“Kej is one of the rare professionals in the property investment space that leads with service and his clients’ needs first. He's a leader who is committed to his clients and their success.” Domenic Nesci.
