Low deposit opportunities
Now, there are a lot of excellent deals out there at the moment. But, the real question is how can you find them?

Working with developers, builders, and landowners, the Wealthi team is noticing that they're starting to offer some really exciting incentives.
Some of these incentives range from giving a 7% cash rebate.
So, for example, if you're buying a $600,000 investment, you're getting 7% of that back as a cash rebate that's covering all your stamp duty.
What we're also seeing is people getting in with limited deposits. Developers are allowing people to get in and buy with as little as a 5%, even two and a half per cent deposit in some cases.
For those trying to get into the market, this is a perfect opportunity to get into some of these deals Dom mentioned in his video.
These deals, especially if you're buying off the plan, are a perfect opportunity to get into the market, put your hand on that property, and get some extra time to save the remainder.
