From Buenos Aires to the Australian Property Market

This week, I invited Wealthi's General Manager, Tiffy Rubinat, to the show to discuss overseas property investing for Australian expats.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Tiffy shares her property investing journey, building a property portfolio across New Zealand and Australia. Tiffy also shares key metrics that helped her to identify the right investment markets, resulting in her NZ properties doubling in value over two years. She believes one of the biggest reasons Australian expats should invest in property back home is to counter the fact that they are not contributing towards their superannuation.

More Australian expats should prepare and invest for their future. Investing in property back home will allow Australian expats to secure an income-generating asset, access tax benefits, and have a backup retirement plan.
