Australian property market prediction - March 2022

We’re entering into uncharted waters this month with what looks to be a regional war in Europe and energy prices rising above uncomfortable levels. In all my 20 years of experience in investment markets, this is one of the most complicated situations we find ourselves in.

This is also my first monthly prediction for the Wealthi Research publication. I’ll break down the big picture themes that I’m watching and then explain how they are likely to impact the Australian real estate market.
