A new episode of our new segment "Client conversations" is out!

In this podcast episode, Domenic Nesci speaks to Sarah and Nathan. This young couple had grand plans to travel and work in Europe in 2020, but COVID-19 saw them grounded and decided to trade their travel plans for property ownership.

Nathan and Sarah, were looking to take advantage of the government grants but also wanted a property that would be a great investment in the years to come.

They picked up the keys of their property in November 2021 with a solid 22-25% growth, and set themselves up for their future plans.

Today, they plan to implement the rentvesting strategy and live where they always want to, just a few meters from the beach.
